Camthis Terms and Conditions

Camthis is operated by Carmack AB, located in Stockholm, Sweden. By accessing or using our live streaming platform ("Camthis"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Use

Camthis provides a platform for event creators to live stream events and monetize through digital ticket sales or platform fees. By using Camthis, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any activities that harm or disrupt the functionality of Camthis.

2. Payment and Ticketing

Events streamed on Camthis can be funded either by the event creator or through digital tickets purchased by viewers. The following applies:

• Event creators determine the ticket price, if applicable.
• Camthis facilitates payment processing and retains a service fee as outlined during event setup.
• All transactions are subject to our refund policy as detailed in section 5.

3. Intellectual Property

Event creators retain the intellectual property rights to their streamed content. By streaming an event on Camthis, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display the content during the event and for any associated promotional purposes.

4. Misuse of the Platform

You agree not to misuse Camthis, including but not limited to:

• Streaming content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to impersonation or unauthorized access to accounts.
• Using the platform to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.

Carmack AB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and take legal action against individuals found to be in violation of this clause.

5. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise specified by the event creator. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Carmack AB in cases of technical failure or event cancellation.

6. Liability

Camthis is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain platform availability and security, Carmack AB is not liable for:

• Interruptions or technical issues affecting live streams.
• Loss of revenue or data due to misuse or technical faults.
• Content streamed by event creators or users.

7. Privacy

By using Camthis, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Carmack AB reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
